A couple of bronze figurines representing participants in the "long hunt." One hunter is stabbing with a spear, the other is presumably a horn blower.
The long hunt is the pursuit of big game, such as wild boars, bears, and deer. This "Parforce" hunt was reserved for the elite in the Netherlands. A group of hunters chases the game over a longer distance. The hunting party consists of riders, followers on foot, and a pack of greyhounds.
